A terminal degree or equivalent
Ability to design, create, and deliver online courses
Highly motivated
Highly qualified
Online teaching skill
Work effectively with non-traditional students
Work effectively with multinational students
Experienced with LMS/CMS programs
Ability to apply WEB 2.0 applications into LMS/CMS
Minimum three years accredited college classroom lecture experience
Minimum one year part-time teaching online
