The Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise, or CEFE, is the research foundation sponsored by Global Academy Online Inc. Established in 1996 as an independent research organization by its founder, it was adoptedby the Academy as a non-profit education foundation in 2003. CEFE has become the largest cyber-based online education research center of its type in the world.

As a public service, non-profit, education information foundation of the Academy, it is also supported by each of the Academy's operating  divisions that include Powered By Global, a LMS/CMS provider, UpMarketing a public relations and promotion marketing firm, and the e-Education Trust, a faculty and student credential verfication service provider to colleges, universities, and training organizations. 

CEFE embodies highly developed organizational strategies that provides direct education and information benefit both to individuals and organizations worldwide. 

CEFE education programs include applied ethics and entrepreneurship training to individuals and organizations. They include state of the art training within online course management systems supported and made possible by the Academy's Powered By Global.
