Minimum Requirements Include:

• A terminal degree or equivalent
• Ability to design, create and deliver online courses
• Highly motivated, highly qualified teaching skills
• Able to work effectively with non-traditional students
• Experience with online course management systems
• At least three years traditional classroom teaching experience
• At least one year or more of online teaching experience
